How fast we act
- Acknowledged within 24 hours
- Resolved within 15 days
- Content harmful to a child taken down within 24 hours of the report
What we can act on
- Copyright
- Your work used without permission — a book, notes, photos or recordings.
- Privacy
- Your personal information or photos shared without your consent.
- Harm to a child
- Anything that endangers, exploits or harms a child. This is handled first.
- Abuse or harassment
- Bullying, harassment, hate or threats in uploads or messages.
- Impersonation
- Someone pretending to be you or another person.
- Something else
- Anything else that breaks the law or our community rules.
