1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Student,” “Parent,” “Guardian,” or “Tutor”) and Learn With Atlas(“Learn With Atlas,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Learn With Atlas website, application, and educational services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Platform Description & Educational Services

Learn With Atlas is an educational technology service that provides:

• Textbook-Grounded AI Tutoring: Interactive Socratic guidance, step-by-step problem explanations, and doubt resolution grounded in accredited curriculum materials (e.g., NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards).
• Human Educator Sessions: Live 1-on-1 and small-group interactive digital classroom sessions conducted by vetted third-party educators.
• Digital Ink & Living Notebooks: Interactive digital blackboard technology allowing students and educators to write, sketch diagrams, and solve equations in real time.
• Mock Exams & Marks Analytics: Chapter-wise assessments, previous year question paper practice, and algorithmic performance projections.

3. Eligibility & Minor Accounts (Guardian Consent)

The Platform is designed for learners from Grade 6 through Grade 12 and adult learners. If a student is under the age of majority (18 years old in most jurisdictions):

• A parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms prior to account creation or any booking of paid live tutoring sessions.
• Parents and guardians are provided access to the Parent Deskand automated WhatsApp summary lines to oversee their child's learning activity, session replays, and wallet allowances.
• Any account created on behalf of a minor student remains the ultimate responsibility of the consenting parent or guardian.

4. Academic Integrity & Prohibited Conduct

Learn With Atlas is dedicated to fostering genuine learning and conceptual mastery. Users agree to use the Platform strictly in compliance with high standards of academic integrity:

• No Real-Time Exam Cheating: You may not use the AI tutor or live tutors to obtain answers during active school examinations, competitive tests, or proctored assessments.
• Learning, Not Copy-Pasting: The AI tutor is engineered to explain concepts step-by-step. Users must not attempt to jailbreak or bypass pedagogical safeguards to harvest unguided homework answers.
• Respectful Conduct: Abusive, harassing, vulgar, or inappropriate behavior toward educators, students, or staff during live sessions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of account access without refund.

5. Live Tutoring Sessions & Cancellation Policy

When booking 1-on-1 sessions with verified educators through Learn With Atlas:

• Sessions must be scheduled through the official Learn With Atlas platform. Direct off-platform payments or exchanges of personal contact information between students and tutors are strictly prohibited for safety and quality assurance.
• Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to a scheduled session will receive a full refund in credits to the student's wallet. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a tutor compensation fee.
• All live sessions are recorded and archived for child safety, quality review, and student replay access, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Virtual Currency (“Credits”) & Payments

Learn With Atlas utilizes an in-platform virtual utility currency known as “Credits” for accessing premium AI explanations, mock exam generation, and booking live tutoring sessions:

• Credits may be acquired through authorized platform packages or earned via academic streak rewards.
• Credits have no monetary value outside of the Learn With Atlas platform and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to third parties, or bartered.
• All purchases of credit packs or subscriptions processed through our authorized payment gateways are final, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property & Curriculum Rights

The Learn With Atlas software, algorithms, digital ink rendering systems, user interface, and trademarks are the proprietary intellectual property of Learn With Atlas

Textbook content, curriculum blueprints, and past examination papers referenced on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective educational boards (e.g., NCERT, CBSE, CISCE). Learn With Atlas uses these materials solely for authorized pedagogical and reference purposes aligned with student study rights.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and AI-generated pedagogical materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While Learn With Atlas grounds its AI in official textbook curriculums, we do not warrant that all AI explanations will be entirely error-free or that use of the Platform guarantees specific examination marks or admission outcomes.

In no event shall Learn With Atlas, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith mutual consultation, or failing that, through binding arbitration.
