why host our own model?
A tutoring session is many short turns. A smaller model tuned to Indian board syllabi and our marking schemes can answer most of those turns at a fraction of the cost and latency, while the router keeps sending hard problems to Gemini. That is how one-to-one tutoring becomes affordable for every family.
